Hi, I'm Juliana.

I launched Concept Confidant because I understand what it’s like to care deeply about a goal and still feel unable to make progress on your own.

Concept Confidant is a supportive accountability space for women who are navigating ideas, transitions, and callings that matter to them—but struggle with follow-through, focus, or staying on track, especially with attention-regulation challenges like ADHD.

My approach is shaped by both professional experience and lived reality.

For years I worked as a vocational coach and led a career development unit, often conducting strength-based assessments and creating customized goal plans. I then spent nearly a decade building and running my own service-based business. Separate from that work, I hosted and led women’s events and fundraisers on my own initiative, focused on fostering connection and collaboration among women.

Along the way, I’ve also walked through heavy seasons of my own—including surviving stage IV cancer and divorce — at the same time. Those experiences taught me firsthand how hard it can be to rebuild momentum when your nervous system has collapsed and your confidence has taken a hit. Through those seasons, my Christian faith was a steady anchor, shaping the way I approach presence, compassion, and accountability. I didn’t need someone telling me to hustle harder—I needed a trusted, steady person in my corner.

That is the heart of what I offer to you.

What I provide is not coaching or therapy. It is consistent, shame-free accountability, virtual co-working, and a safe place to talk things through with someone who truly understands attention regulation struggles—because accountability creates the structure many of us need to actually follow through.

If you’re in a season where you want to move forward but feel stuck, scattered, or overwhelmed, you don’t have to do it alone.

I’d love to connect and support you as you take meaningful steps toward long-term success.
